The enemy wants us to destroy each other because once we have fully laid down everything at the cross, he can not. The thing is, though, that we are covered by the blood of Jesus Christ and can not destroy each other either, as long as we stay there. The enemy will try to sow discord, temptation, judgment, and LIES ! Whatever he can, to get us battling each other, to get us to slip up and give into fear, pride, desire, anything through which he can capture and devour at least fractions of the soul !
Playing into this by agreeing with trauma based triggers, prideful self-focusedness, as in being motivated by the things our soul longs for and especially fearbased presumptions can cause a lot of damage.
The enemy wants our focus to be on whatever pretensive illusion he can use to get our attention and pull us away from God and His will for our lives. It is to get us to doubt the promises of God and with that an attempt at killing our faith and our anointing. It is also to distract from the things he is doing, the things that we should actually be fighting against – in unity!
We should come together as one body under Christ Jesus and see where God really wants us to be.
We should focus on our Abba Father, God Most High !
That is worship !
